UK Delivery

Standard Delivery - All Products Excluding 5 Litre Shampoos

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free UK delivery on orders of £40 or more (2-4 days, excluding bank holidays and weekends). Please note, free delivery applies only to orders with a final basket total of £40 or higher. Applying discount codes may reduce your total below £40, resulting in standard postage charges.

  • Standard Delivery Cost: £4.99 for orders £39.99 or under.

Standard Delivery - Orders Containing 5 Litre Shampoos

  • Free Delivery: Free UK delivery on orders of £100 or more (2-4 days, excluding bank holidays and weekends).

  • Standard Delivery Cost: £8.99 for orders £99.99 or under.

Isle of Man & Channel Islands Delivery

  • Standard Delivery Cost: £6.99 for orders £39.99 or under.

Standard Delivery - Orders Containing 5 Litre Shampoos

  • Free Delivery: Free delivery on orders of £100 or more (3-11 days, excluding bank holidays and weekends).

  • Standard Delivery Cost: £10.99 for orders £99.99 or under.

All Orders

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.

  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

  • Extended Delivery Time: For residents of the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland, delivery may take an additional 2 days under the ‘2 Day Offshore’ carriage.

  • Missing Deliveries: If your delivery is missing, please wait up to 6 working days after ordering before contacting our customer service team at vanderp@vanderpets.com  Include your order number in your email.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout. If you input your address incorrectly and do not contact us to change it before the item is shipped, you will need to wait until the package is returned to our warehouse before we can resend it.

International Delivery

  • Current Limitations: We are currently unable to deliver internationally (outside of the Channel Islands). Please refer to our stockists page for more information on international availability.

Returns

  • Return Period: You have 28 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage. No refunds will be issued for returns received after this 28-day period.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items with removed hygiene strips or seals, and goods with broken seals for health protection and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Return Costs: The customer must cover the cost of returning unwanted goods.

  • Return Process: Notify VANDERPETS of your intention to return goods by emailing vanderp@vanderpets.com. Contact us within 14 days of receipt, and return the goods within 14 days of notification.

  • Condition of Goods: Returned goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products until their return. If goods are used beyond what is reasonable for examination in a retail shop, VANDERPETS may deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value due to use.

  • Any refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products from the customer.

  • In cases where the rejection of goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer must notify VANDERPETS within 14 days of delivery and return the product before the refund can be issued.

  • We will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund entitlement within a reasonable period. The refund will be processed within 14 days of confirming your entitlement. Products returned due to defects will be refunded in full, including the original delivery charges and the cost incurred for returning the item.
